Blaxhall Circuit will roar back into life on Sunday 26th April when it hosts Round 2 of the Eastern ACU Motocross Centre Championship, drawing riders and spectators from across the region for a full day of fast-paced racing in the Suffolk countryside.
Organised by Woodbridge & District Motor Cycle Club, the meeting is likely to attract over 200 riders competing across a wide range of classes, from junior talent through to seasoned experts. Last year there was 15 races on the schedule and similar is extected this year, Blaxhall is a great motocross circuit and is regarded as one of the Eastern Centre’s most popular and challenging venues.
A Classic Suffolk Circuit
Set amid rolling farmland, Blaxhall Circuit is well known for its sandy surface and technical layout, demanding both speed and precision from competitors. Conditions on the day were dry and overcast, allowing the track to develop perfectly and providing consistent racing from the opening practice sessions through to the final chequered flag.

The headline performance of the day will be the Expert class, last year saw Chris Mills delivering a commanding display. Riding with confidence and control, Mills claimed victory in all three of his races to secure the overall win and underline his championship credentials.
Behind him, the battle for the remaining podium positions was fiercely contested. Calum Mitchell impressed with consistent finishes to take second overall, while Ben Mustoe rounded out the podium in third after a solid day’s racing against a strong field.
Future Stars on Show
Last years event also showcased the next generation of motocross talent. In the Junior classes, young riders demonstrated remarkable skill and determination, with Alfie Geddes-Green standing out after a series of strong performances to take the overall win. He was joined on the podium by James Wadsworth and James Rowsell, as the juniors delivered some of the most exciting races of the day.
Support classes were equally competitive, with riders battling hard throughout the meeting and adding to the lively atmosphere around the circuit.
