A. No, Suffolk Days do not take any commission from the venues we promote. Our ‘Book Tickets’ link will take you directly to the venue Website page where you can book your tickets with confidence.


Q. Do I have to register with Suffolk Days to use the Website?

A. No, all visitors have full access to all the pages and listings on the Suffolk Days Website. The only reason for registering with Suffolk Days is to be able to insert listing and manage a venues listings.


Q. Can I add my venue or event to the listing on the Suffolk Days Website?

A. Yes, we welcome people to register and then list events to promote venues and events, all you have to do is register and then you can add venues and events listing. For more info on Registering click here.

Q. Can I advertise or sponsor on Suffolk Days pages?

A. Yes, you can advertise or sponsor any of the Places or Venues pages. When you take out an advertisement, or sponsor, a Venue the details will appear on all associated venue events listings. A typical advertisement will be the Company Name, Telephone number and a link to a website of your choice. Please register your interest and we will get back to you, complete a quick contact form and we will get back to you, click here.



Q. I see the venue I am involved in featured on the Suffolk Days Website and it shows this is managed by the Suffolk Days Admin can I be registered to manage this Venue?

A. Yes, Suffolk Days welcomes involvement from the Venues we support. However, to be able to take over the venue listings you need to register and then have to have confirmation the venue management are in agreement for you to take on the responsibility of keeping all associated listings refreshed and up to date.


Q. Can you prioritise listings on the Suffolk Days Website?

A. Yes, you can prioritise any Place, Venue or event on the Suffolk Days Website. There is a charge for this service that allows clients to prioritise in multiple of weeks or months. Registered Users

Q. How do I register on Suffolk Days so I can promote and event or venue?

A. To register use the link in the top right hand of the header bar, when the sign in box pops up you will see the ‘Register’ link. Click on the link and complete the registration form, an email will be sent to you with a link to validate your registration. Suffolk Days will check your credentials and then validate your registration, you can add listings straight away but they have to be checked and approved before they show up on the Suffolk Days Website.

Once you are registered the Suffolk Days Administrator will verify you application, while the verification is taking place you can add your listing, all new listings will need to be approved before it goes live on the Suffolk Days Website. Listing approval will normal will be complete within one working day.


Q. I have added a new listing on the Suffolk Days Website but I cannot see it?

A. All new listings have to verified before going live on the website, this is usually complete within 24 hours from the listing being added.
