Children of the Titanic
Come and hear about the children who were on board the Titanic as she set sail on her maiden voyage in April 1912. Those who did not have a voice are represented by David Lawson Lean, a playwright, drama teacher, director and storyteller..
In 2012, on the 100th Anniversary of the sinking, David produced a theatre piece telling the story of some of the children who were on board, some who perished and some who survived. Tonight we will hear their stories in a talk about the youngest passengers on board.
Proceeds will go to the RNLI – the charity that saves lives at sea.
