The Trianon Symphony Orchestra and Choir have prepared a programme of foot-tapping music, to include a celebration of 200 years of public railways in the UK and a Scandinavian journey. Items included for the 200-year celebration are the Gospel Train, John Barry’s Out of Africa, and Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s Skimbleshanks from Cats. The Journey through Scandinavia includes Sibelius’s Finlandia, Grieg’s in the hall of the mountain king and a medley from Mamma Mia.
