When a new listing is added a notification will be sent to the Suffolk Days Admin Team will review the listing and add some Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to the listing and then set the listing to ‘Verified’ and then it will be live on the Website. We will inform you of any issue found so we can work together to get you listing live. Suffolk Days Admin will make every effort to turn listing live within 24 hours.
Found a problem with a listing – Inevitably we will miss some events, or, from time to time get things wrong or listings become out of date. Things change and we do our best to keep listing accurate but if you spot something wrong then we will be pleased to to hear from you, all main listing pages have a link to a form that will go to the Suffolk Days Admin team who will take a look at the issue.
Listing Standards
We pride ourselves on the consistent layout and visual impact of our website and for that we have set requirements on the structure on all our pages. Most things are set in the structure of the website but somethings are down to the ‘User Settings’ and the content as first presented to us. There is nothing difficult to adding a listing if you follow the registration process and then go to the ‘Settings’ section after you first ‘Log In’ and complete the form, please note the image profile is required before any listings will be verified.
Process
Register – In the top right hand corner of all Website pages you will see the ‘Sign In’ link, click here and then choose ‘Register’, fill in the form, once submitted you will get an email to verify your account, click on the link in the email and ‘Log in’ to the Suffolk Days Website Admin panel.
Before adding your first listing it is important to enter all your details, you do this by selecting ‘Settings’ in the Admin Panel, it is important to fill in as much of the form as possible so that all the relevant section on your listings are visible on the Website page. The ‘Profile Image’ should represent the venue, or, the organisation responsible for the listings. The image will appear on the main page for your listing, you can find an example on the right hand column, to see an example click here, in this instance it is the circle image “This page is managed by Suffolk Days Admin”.

Entering a new listing – first log in and then click on the ‘+ Add Listing Button’, then fill in the form that will load, fill in as much information as possible to promote you listing. Once submitted it will be directed to the Suffolk Days Admin Team who will check the contents and complete some SEO for you. This is not extensive SEO but will we do our best to register it with the most popular browser search engines, the longer your listing is register the better chance of getting registered with the most popular search engines so list your event as early as possible.
