Santrofi: Making Moves

Direct from Ghana, 8-piece Highlife Collective Santrofi
Santrofi are a Ghanian highlife group who formed in 2019. The members have played in the bands of countless Ghanaian artists including Ebo Taylor, Pat Thomas, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, AK Yeboah and AB Crentsil.
They have also collaborated with Ghana’s popular new stars jamming and recording with the likes of Kidi, Yaw Tog, AratheJay and Black Sherif.
Listen to the phrasing of Santrofi’s horn section, hear the Highlife clave running through every bar of their music. Santrofi are pushing Ghana’s Highlife grooves into the future without losing its sweet soul.
The new Santrofi album ‘Making Moves’, produced by Jerry Boys, is out now.
