Better known as CK Gospel Choir, Children of the Kingdom are a dynamic 30-piece gospel ensemble from the UK, united by their passion for music and their belief that gospel music is for everyone.
Founded in 2007 by Harlano Weekes, the choir has since become a major force in the European gospel scene.
Harlano himself has an impressive musical pedigree, having performed with global superstars including Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Leona Lewis, Enrique Iglesias, Lulu, and Phil Collins.
CK Gospel Choir is a full-time professional collective, captivating audiences across Europe. They have graced prestigious venues like The Jazz Café, The Pigalle Club, and Handelsbeurs, while also sharing the stage with an eclectic mix of artists, including Rod Stewart, Alexandra Burke, Beverley Knight, Peter Andre, Mica Paris, Alfie Boe, Josh Groban, Ella Henderson, Patoranking, and Marsha Ambrosius.
With a diverse line-up of singers and musicians, CK Gospel Choir seamlessly blends traditional gospel with jazz, soul, blues, classical, and Latin influences, creating a sound that evolves with them.
Renowned for their tight harmonies and ‘gospel fusion‘, CK Gospel Choir regularly tours the UK and Europe, delivering powerful, soul-stirring performances. Whether on grand festival stages or intimate gatherings, they bring the same energy, passion and authenticity to every show.
The October Tour will be in support of Black History month, featuring traditional gospel, soul, jazz and a few pop songs, including songs from their recent Abbey Road recordings and many more.
